- Added animated bullet trails
- Walls are now affected by dynamic lighting
- Wall textures now blend smoothly
- Mines and Swamp have unique textures for short walls
- Levels can now have unique skylight colours
- Added texture variations to all areas
- Rearranged HUD layout
- When using the Coins on Hit modifier, the combo meter is shorter
- Coins on Hit modifier is enabled by default
- Items that require 0 charge to use no longer consume charge
- Added 4 lanterns to each shop
- Added 11 new Upgrades
- Bar of Soap
- Battery Acid
- Broken Bottle
- Dodge Cape
- Sack of Money

- Blood Crystal

- Ammo Plus
- Cracked Skull
- Cupid's Arrow
- Renamed Upgrades

- Adjusted damage of Bomb and Mattock
- Bubbles now slow down over time
- Money picked up by enemies is not multiplied by your combo
- Fixed animations for cactus enemies
- Improved wording of some Upgrade descriptions
- Made the Armadillo a bit weaker
- Fixed screen shake rendering
